Meditation and Mindfulness

Meditation is a great way to improve wellbeing and health by implementing simple and effective techniques and practices. These guided sessions will assist you in effectively calming down and aligning your mind and body.

The sessions last for an hour and a half. We begin each session with an introduction, a 30 minute practice, and then an opportunity for sharing and connecting as a group. 

The sessions will run at Lift Youth Hub every Tuesday from 27th July 2021
